By installing and using the InferShield browser extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
InferShield is a browser extension that scans text for personally identifiable information (PII) and sensitive data before you send it to AI chat platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot). The Service alerts you when sensitive information is detected and allows you to cancel, redact, or proceed with sending your message.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to bypass security features, reverse engineer the Service, or share your API key, among others.
Usage Limits & Billing
InferShield offers free and paid subscription plans with specified usage limits. Please refer to your subscription plan for details on limits, overage charges, and cancellation policies.

Disclaimers & Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data leaks, errors, or service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service within the last 12 months. For free users, our liability is capped at $100.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of the Terms or other reasons.
